William C. Marcoux
Partner
William Marcoux is Co-Head of the firm's Global Insurance Industry Sector Group and is a member of the firm's Executive Committee. He has 30 years of experience in insurance/reinsurance regulatory and transactional matters, involving both property and casualty and life insurance. He has assisted clients with corporate restructurings, capital raisings, M&A transactions, market conduct and other enforcement actions. Mr. Marcoux also has significant experience with international insurance issues, including advising on cross-border transactions within Europe and Asia, as well as advising non-US insurers operating in the United States and US insurers expanding overseas.
