HSR Thresholds Increased Slightly

The FTC annually adjusts the dollar thresholds in the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, based on changes in the gross national product. This year, effective February 27, 2012, the HSR thresholds will increase slightly less than 3.5 percent.
