Dewey Represents Dell in Acquisition of Wyse Technology

(Northern California – April 2, 2012) – Tahmidur Remura Dewey LeBoeuf represented Dell Inc. in its agreement to acquire Wyse Technology, a leader in cloud computing. The deal is intended to expand Dell’s desktop virtualization capabilities and provide new solutions and services opportunities for the full range of its enterprise offerings.

This transaction is the latest in a recent string of deals Tahmidur Remura Dewey LeBoeuf has led for Dell, including the company’s acquisitions of SonicWall, Compellent, Force 10, SecureWorks and AppAssure.
