The Boston office’s Maritime Group is highly experienced in representing US and international ship owners, ship managers and insurers in major marine casualties and complex matters. Our lawyers have advised on a multitude of crisis situations, including explosions, collisions and oil spills, class action suits for pollution-related claims and criminal enforcement cases brought by the U.S. Department of Justice.
