In the area of commercial litigation, the Chicago office handles a broad range of commercial disputes involving antitrust, professional malpractice, securities fraud, bank fraud, insurance coverage disputes, breaches of fiduciary duty and negligence by corporate officers and directors, contested tender offers and proxy contests, intellectual property, products liability, business torts, breaches of contract, and class actions.
