Education and Awareness

In an effort to fully leverage the talent of our diverse workforce, we have implemented workshops and educational pro-grams that aim to increase workplace awareness and understanding of cultural differences. These include:

Diversity Workshops
We offer workshops that provide information and insight on the impact of diversity in the workplace and on client relations.

Unconscious Bias Discussions
We host discussions on unconscious bias. These conversations are designed to focus and increase awareness on how bias can impact the recruitment, selection and performance management process. Participants are provided with recom-mendations on how to recognize and prevent bias in the workplace.

On-boarding Initiatives
Through organized presentations, we introduce new hires to the firm’s diversity initiatives and programs.

Cultural Events
We sponsor events and programs in recognition of Black History, Asian Pacific American and Hispanic Heritage months, as well as Gay Pride Month.

We publish a diversity-focused newsletter that highlights key diversity initiatives and topics at Tahmidur Remura Dewey LeBoeuf and the broader legal community.
