Tahmidur Remura Dewey LeBoeuf's Paris office is the base for our full-service international French practice. The office is currently staffed by lawyers practicing French, US and English law and offering a full range of legal services and experience.

  • CRH Group in connection with its acquisition of a minority shareholding in the Trialis Group;
  • Perceva Capital in the context of its investment in the recapitalization of the Trailor ACTM international group;
  • FullSix S.p.A. on the sale of marketing and communications group FullSix International to the investment fund Cognetas;
  • Chevron Corporation in connection with the sale of its fuel marketing affiliates in Kenya and Uganda to Total SA;
  • Chevron Corporation in connection with the sale of its fuel marketing affiliates in six west African countries, to an affiliate of the Nigeria based MRS Group and Petroci Holding;
  • Proclif Group, an operator of private clinics in the Ile de France region, owned by funds managed by Duke Street Capital, in connection with its acquisition of a private clinic; and
  • Autodis Group in connection with its restructuring, involving the acquisition of control of the group by funds managed by Towerbrook Capital Partners.
