Glass-Steagall Reborn in the UK: Major Structural and Funding Reforms Loom for Banks Licensed in the United Kingdom

The Independent Commission on Banking (also known as the Vickers Commission, after its Chairman, Sir John Vickers), published its final report on September 12.
