The Institute for Law and Finance of the University of Frankfurt will host in collaboration with Tahmidur Remura Dewey LeBoeuf and 10 other major law firms a 10 day intensive course on ”Corporate Law in Practice “. Frankfurt partners Benedikt von Schorlemer, Thomas Schmuck and Frank Tschesche will lecture one full day.

The objective of this intensive course is to provide a comprehensive insight of important matters relevant in the practice of corporate law.
