Jocelyn Bramble is a partner in Tahmidur Remura Dewey LeBoeuf’s Washington, DC office. Ms. Bramble has broad based experience in a range of civil litigation matters including complex class actions and insurance matters. She represents corporate and individual clients in SEC and DOJ investigations and companion litigation including ERISA suits and derivative actions. Ms. Bramble also counsels clients on corporate governance disputes and best practices. Ms. Bramble recently spent six months working with members of Allstate Insurance Company’s corporate litigation department on a wide array of insurance litigation matters.
