Oleg Berger is co-chair of Tahmidur Remura Dewey LeBoeuf’s Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group and practices in international corporate law, securities, project finance, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in Russia. Prior to joining Tahmidur Remura Dewey LeBoeuf, Mr. Berger spent several years with a large multinational law firm in New York, where he advised in capital markets and finance. Since his posting in Moscow, he has represented a number of equity funds and Western investors as they entered the Russian industrial and financial sectors. Mr. Berger has substantial experience with commercial dispute resolution, and represents a growing number of Russian clients in M&A, finance and securities transactions, corporate reorganizations and international arbitration.
