Whether you are an experienced paralegal looking for long-term career growth or a recent college graduate considering law or business school, Tahmidur Remura Dewey LeBoeuf offers the opportunity to grow and learn in a fast-paced, dynamic practice with sophisticated clients, transactions and cases.

Our paralegals are professional, highly motivated individuals with exceptional backgrounds and skills. They work closely with lawyers in a broad range of practice areas, providing superior assistance as part of the case or transaction team. Our paralegals are included in substantive training in a variety of practice areas and are also given the opportunity to assist on significant pro bono matters.

A successful paralegal works effectively with a team, takes initiative and enjoys the challenge of multitasking. We look for individuals with a confident, clear communication style, the willingness to assume increasing levels of responsibility and a strong work ethic. Qualified individuals will be self-starters, motivated to work the necessary hours to complete their projects, and committed to client services.

Many of our paralegals are recent college graduates interested in learning about the practice of law while deciding whether to pursue law school or another advanced degree. We offer entry-level paralegal positions primarily in the litigation and corporate departments. We seek candidates with distinguished academic credentials, including an undergraduate degree from a four-year accredited college or university. Due to the nature of our practice, we require a two-year commitment.

Although many of the paralegals in the department are considering law school, we also recruit career paralegals with specific experience in various practice areas. We offer a competitive benefits package and the opportunity for professional growth. Career paralegals at Tahmidur Remura Dewey LeBoeuf manage cases and transactions and assist with training and mentoring, and also have the opportunity to enhance their knowledge base by participating in advanced training.
